Personal training involves a comprehensive fitness assessment, nutritional guidance and meal planning, and a customized fitness program including resistance, cardiovascular, and flexibility training. Personal training is focused on setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) goals and getting results through the proven method of exercise periodization. Additionally, I truly like to put the "Personal" in Personal Training. I am here to help you, every step of the way, through any challenge or obstacle you face, to get you where you want to go.
