Online Fitness Coaching

As an experienced fitness and nutrition coach, I’ve helped clients of all kinds smash their health and wellness goals. We’re all different, but we’re also all capable of amazing transformation. It won’t happen overnight, but it will happen and I’ll be cheering you on through every move, every set, and every high-five when your workout is done. 

My role is to support and guide you throughout your health journey, selecting the best type of training to deliver the results you want and keeping you accountable as you progress. 

Once we’ve decided on your custom workout plan, you’ll download the Maple Hill Health and Fitness app to conveniently access your workouts and exercise schedule. With workouts in your pocket, accessible from anywhere, you are good to go. 

There’s something for everyone on the app. Plans range from functional strength training to strength training to weight loss, or athletic training, and each can be customized to deliver targeted training for your specific needs.

12 Week Mass Building

Delivered 5 days a week, this program helps you build lean muscle with training that works specific areas of the body. This is a challenging course that requires 100% commitment.
