Healthy meals don’t have to be bland and boring. We go beyond all the dietary advice you’ve heard a million times before, to take an in-depth look at what nutrients you’re actually consuming on a daily basis. 

I provide a calorie calculator and macronutrient breakdown, looking at protein, carbs, and fats, to determine your ideal targets, and ensure you’re burning more than you’re eating. This calorie deficit creates sustainable fat loss of around 1-2 lbs a week. It might not sound like much, but dropping weight quickly encourages your body into a binge-and-bust cycle where your metabolism can begin to adapt and slow down to accommodate for the reduction of calories.
